Mom’s Devil Beef

Boil a cut of beef with salt

Slice beef in very thin strips 

Fry red whole red chilis with the beef ( can use  dry Kashmiri chilis which are less fearsome but very red)

You can also crush the chilis if you are a coward (Ed note)

Sprinkle with red wine vinegar to taste
